They prayed. God heard. But then life got harder. They complained. Moses prayed. God responded: I am the Lord. El Shaddai. God Almighty. I will rescue you. I will redeem you with a powerful arm. I am the Lord (from Exodus 5-6).
Trust in God when you pray. It is darkest just before day.
