The Lord is merciful

I prayed, “Father, forgive me for speaking carelessly and unnecessarily.”

Then I read: The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love. He does not deal with me according to my sins. He removes my transgressions from me. The Lord shows compassion. He remembers that I am dust. (from Psalm 103: 8-14).

God responded to my prayer through His Word.
