When Isaac trembled violently (Genesis 27:33) when realized he had given away his eldest’s son’s blessing.
When this son heard he would not get the firstborn blessing he cried out with an exceeding great and bitter cry (Genesis 27:34).
Prayers of blessing have great significance.
