The Lord looks at the heart (1 Samuel 16:7).

Consider this as you pray.

What God Sees

Job asked God, “Do you see as man sees?” (Job 10:4).

We know the answer. “The Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart” (1 Samuel 16:7).

Because God sees what’s inside us, we can trust His answers to our prayers.
