A: To pray.
If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked way, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land (2 Chronicles 7:14).
I passed bright green bushes and pale purple pansies on my walk to the store.
I savored sweet smelling lilacs.
But the grocery store, a few steps beyond these flowers, was boarded up and closed.
If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land (2 Chronicles 7:14).
Pray in sincerity.

Pray with humility.

Prayer is the exercise of increasing God’s influence in the world.
If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and

Then we prayed. Sincerely, from our hearts.
The very next day, God answered.
