When God allows you to walk through season of suffering let yourself remember the end of our story, which is really the beginning.
“God himself will be with us. He will wipe every tear from our eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things will be gone forever (Revelation 21:3-4).
As you thank God for what He does, also thank Him for who He is.
God knows all things (from John 21:17).
God is kind (from Romans 11:22).
God is love (1 John 4:8).
God is good (from Jeremiah 33:11).
God is wise (from Romans 16:27).
God is strong (from Psalm 24:8).
God is under no obligation to answer our prayers. He hears prayer because He is good, and for no other reason.*
Truly God is good (Psalm 73:1).

God’s Word reminds us why we say thank you.
Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever (1 Chronicles 16:34).
Earnest prayer is wholehearted, fervent and urgent. It is the result of sincere and intense conviction that God is good, powerful, loving and wise.
The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results (James 5:16).
I try to include God in all my conversations. I’m not always successful. But sometimes, when someone shares a concern, I respond with prayer.
Today He answered, almost immediately.
God wants people to know that He listens. He loves. He cares. He’s powerful. He’s good.
