Daniel prayed and he saw into the future. He saw God, the Ancient of Days. He saw Jesus, the Son of Man. He saw us, I think, in the myriads upon myriads before God’s throne (read Daniel 7 for details).

What moves God to hear our prayers?
His desire to answer us and our asking —“Ask me and I will tell you remarkable secrets you do not know about things to come (Jeremiah 33:3).”*
