This Christmas, you might be surrounded by family and piles of presents, or you might be alone.
Whatever your situation, salvation is a gift that can be yours. Jesus came to save his people from their sins (Matthew 1:21).
It is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves it is the gift of God (Ephesians 2:8).”
Christmas is a celebration of Jesus, who came to earth, as a baby, to “save his people from their sins (Matthew 1:21).”
Christmas is a reminder that Jesus is coming back to earth, as a conquering King. “For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God (1 Thessalonians 4:16).”
This Christmas pray with anticipation of Christ’s return.
The angel told Joseph: “Call his name Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins” (Matthew 1:21).
The Bible tells us: “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved” (Joel 2:32).
