Pray and Say

A friend quoted Psalm 34:5 to me. Because of her enthusiasm, I went home and read Psalm 34.

She followed Ephesians 5:19, “Speak to one another with psalms.” And I discovered truths about prayer.

Pray and say the Psalms.

Her life isn’t perfect. In fact, she’s got deep heartaches. But she’s radiant.

Why?

She prays. Those who look to him for help will be radiant with joy; no shadow of shame will darken their faces (Psalm 34:5 NLT).
