Ferns, wilted hydrangeas and purple pansies. Like wildflowers we bloom and die. The wind blows and we are gone (Psalm 103:15-16).

Lord, teach us to number our days that we may get a heart of wisdom (Psalm 90:12).

She* was born 1,825 days ago.
That’s a lot of days.
And every day is another chance to pray!

*She is our granddaughter, Greta. Today is her 5th birthday. We love her so!!
