When we learned she was in labor, we enlisted an army of people to pray for our daughter. She was very sick with Covid.
Her covid symptoms disappeared when she walked into the hospital to have the baby. They came back the next day, but she’s improving steadily and able to care for her sweet baby boy.
The Lord listens when people pray.
Paul and Timothy were burdened beyond their strength, so they asked the church, “Help us by prayer, so that many will give thanks on our behalf for the blessing granted to us through the prayers of many (2 Corinthians 1:11).
We’re told that Paul taught about the Lord Jesus Christ with all boldness and without hindrance (Acts 28:31).
That’s what happens when people pray.
A group of men meet regularly at McDonalds. One man’s wife died, and he wondered if he would see her again.

God gave the perfect opportunity.
